REGENCY SUSPENSION BRIDGE:
Check out the Regency Suspension Bridge! It was first built in 1903 and was the areas first Colorado River bridge. The last suspension bridge in Texas that remains open to vehicular traffic. A truly impressive and beautiful view from high above the Colorado River.
BEVERIDGE SUSPENSION BRIDGE:
Crosses the San Saba river half a mile north of the wedding oak. Now only a walking bridge, it was once used for cattle drives and easier crossing of the river.
Colorado Bend State Park approximately 30 minutes away offers hiking ,cave tours,beautiful Gorman Falls and much more see their site for more.
San Saba has 3 great parks within walking distance ,Mill Pond,LCRA Nature Park ,and Riesen all along the San Saba River.
J.C.Campbell Mercantile ,Harry`s ,San Saba Olive Oil,Alamo Pecan and Coffee,and Oliver and Co are a few of the shops just blocks from the BNB.
